Term 3 Group Classes

We’re gearing up for a busy Term 3, which is often the period of the year that people start thinking about feeling good for Summer.

Whether you’re looking to lose a bit of weight, change your shape, bulk up or just feel healthier in your own skin, our timetable of group classes offers something for everyone.

Remember our team of qualified personal trainers can guide you in the right direction to help you make the most of our group classes. If you have more specific goals, please contact us about combining PT Sessions with a Gym Membership to achieve you individual goals.

Our Term 3 Group Classes run for 10 weeks, from July 17 to September 22. Committing to a group class or two for a 10 week block is a great way to feel better and look better in time for the warmer weather.

Also remember that while it’s not a scheduled group class, our new Family PT sessions can be booked with our personal trainers for a time that suits you.
