We’re getting 2018 off with a few changes, including a new look Boot Camp on Wednesday nights with Nick Hose at the helm.
“I’m looking forward to taking the Boot Camp sessions and helping people workout at a level that challenges them and maintains their enjoyment,” he said.
“The 45 minute session will run from 6pm through to 6.45pm and will be a great way for people to introduce themselves to our equipment and see what they enjoy and what works for them.
“With the weather quite hot, we can bring the workouts indoors into our air conditioned spaces and that’s always important for your health.”
Nick said the ever-popular Ladies only Circuit continued to thrive and PT Hanna Fleming was keen to meet new members who are keen to workout with their peers in a safe and private environment.
“I think it’s important – it’s the same as our Exercise for Teens sessions. We have one for boys and one for girls so that participants are comfortable in their surrounds and can concentrate on their individual goals rather than feeling self conscious or uncomfortable.
“Gym exercise is so much more than weight loss, strength and conditioning – it’s also about people’s mental health, their confidence and being happy with themselves.”
Nick said the start of a new year was often a trigger for people to decide ‘the time is now’.
“The new year is here and my whole team are looking forward to helping more and more people in our community become a happier, healthier version of themselves,” he said.
“It doesn’t matter where you are starting from or what your goals are. Everyone’s situation is unique and we pride ourselves in being versatile with our services and making sure people feel supported in their journey to meet their goals.”
