Term Three at Nick Hose Fitness will see the introduction of three new group classes – in addition to the existing five classes offered previously.
The term kicks off on July 11 and run for 10 weeks through to September 16.
Rachael Moloney from South West Pilates will run a session each Wednesday night, personal trainer Aaron Davis will host a Saturday morning Boot Camp and Camperdown Cycling Club’s Shane West will take morning Spin classes on Mondays and Thursdays.
The three new classes add to KidsFit, Ladies Only Circuit, Mums & Bubs, Boxing and Powerbar which are offered by Hanna Fleming and Emma Smith.

Gym owner and personal trainer, Nick Hose said he was excited to be able to offer the additional classes and broaden the options available to the community.
“These are classes we’ve wanted to offer for a while, but never had the space for. Now, with the new gym and more than 600 square-metres of floor space we can do it,” he said.
“Spin is suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for weight loss, improving body tone and building endurance. It’s easy to follow, burns lots of calories and delivers great results.”
Nick said he expected the Pilates class would also be popular.
“Rachael will be training the class on mat work Pilates, which is low impact and suitable for all ages. It helps strengthen core muscles, improves posture and flexibility,” he said.
“I’m also rapt to have Aaron Davis working here. He’ll take the Saturday morning Boot Camp which is ideal for people who want to be pushed and trained a bit harder.
“Rain, hail or shine, the weather will never be an issue because we’ve got the space inside the gym for the class to complete all the cross training exercises.”
