Metafit
Metafit was introduced at Nick Hose Fitness during the 2016/17 summer holidays and there was so much demand it has become part of our regular timetable of group classes.
It combines traditional bodyweight exercises, with high intensity interval training to create a 30-minute workout that our clients are really enjoying.
Metafit is adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities and because we choreograph it to music it’s a lot of fun as well.
