These classes, one for the boys and one for the girls, are targeted at children aged 8-16. The classes consist of simple, fun exercises and they are ideal for parents wanting to open their children’s minds to other forms of exercise instead of traditional ball sports such as football and netball.
We take children back to basics like how to jump and land properly, how to skip, squat and do push ups correctly. These are all forms of exercise that are falling by the way side due to the ever increasing use of technology.
