The class doesn't involve any physical activity. It's about providing the structure and the framework for you to weigh-in, meet with Hanna and ask questions that will help you achieve your own personal goals. Health Trackers is designed to provide you with the support and motivation to help you on your quest to become a healthier and happier version of yourself.
The program includes diet and exercise tracking, weekly weigh-ins, measurements if you'd like them, regular contact with qualified staff and discrete meetings in a private room.
